Perched on a hill with sweeping ocean views, this home offers a front-row seat to the beauty of Marengo and Apollo Bay. Just 3km from town, you’ll have easy access to supermarkets, cafés, local pubs, and cosy restaurants.

A short 3 minute walk takes you to nearby sandy beaches, rock pools, and Harrison’s Beach within the Marengo Reefs Marine Sanctuary. The main swimming beach at Marengo Beach is also just a 7-minute walk away.

From May to September, keep an eye out for migrating whales — Southern Right whales are sometimes visible from the balconies and deck, with their distinctive V-shaped tails.

Explore nearby sections of the Great Ocean Walk, enjoy the jetty for fishing, or spot local wildlife such as colourful parrots, koalas, kangaroos, and even seals (season permitting).
