Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged in advance. 2. During peak periods or back-to-back bookings, check-in may begin from 4:00 pm and check-out may extend to 11:00 am to allow sufficient time for same-day cleaning and preparation. 3. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be available subject to availability and may incur a small additional fee. ⸻ Respect for Neighbours & Community 4. Please respect the peace and privacy of neighbouring homes at all times. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. 5. Parties, events, functions, gatherings, and schoolies bookings are strictly prohibited. 6. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. ⸻ Guest Numbers & Visitors 7. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children. Guest numbers must accurately reflect your booking. 8. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. 9.
